Over time, I have come to learn a lot about how to use them, why to use them and the best exercises to do on them to get stronger than ever before and now I want to share my knowledge with you.

A little about my training journey
I started strength training consistently about three years ago and before that I wasn’t very active or very strong. I wanted to change and decided to take up body weight training/calisthenics training. From there I got into weighted calisthenics and gymnastics rings training to increase the challenge of my training sessions.
Nowadays, I’m training weighted calisthenics and gymnastics rings exercises to get my strength training in and I LOVE it.
Fitness made simple!
The fitness industry tends to over complicate things, in my opinion. You don’t need supplements, a gym membership or to lift weights to get strong and shredded. You can train at home or at the park and get good results. All you need is a place to hang them rings!
